The surface of Dalian heavy steel mesh used on the tower crane platform is coated with a layer of zinc, which plays a role of beauty and rust prevention. The main galvanizing methods are: cold galvanizing and hot galvanizing.
Cold galvanizing, also known as spot galvanizing, is to put the metal after degreasing and derusting into the equipment containing zinc salt solution. A layer of zinc will be deposited on the metal by directional movement of current from positive pole to negative pole. Cold galvanizing is cheap, and the products are bright, but the rust resistance is not as good as hot galvanizing.
Hot dip galvanizing, also known as hot dip galvanizing, is to put the metal objects after oil and rust removal into the molten zinc at about 500 degrees, so that a thick zinc layer is attached to the surface of the metal objects. This galvanizing method can effectively prevent the corrosion of metal objects. The rust resistance is more than ten times that of electric galvanizing, but the surface is not bright and the price is relatively expensive.
For the calculation method of the theoretical weight of the steel plate mesh, the specification parameters of the steel plate mesh must be clearly known first, including: plate thickness, stem width, center distance aperture, mesh length, mesh width, and material. After the above parameters are obtained, the square meter weight of the metal plate mesh can be obtained according to the following formula.
The calculation formula is different for different locations, as follows:
1. Plate=(net length+50mm) * stem * 2/short pitch. The net can only be more than enough, so it should be calculated as 5cm more.
2 stems=(plate width - 50 mm) * short pitch/net length/2, the lath is 5 cm, some machines are 7 cm, and small machines below 1.5 m are 20 cm.
3 Short pitch=net length * stem * 2/plate width.
4. Mesh length=(board width - 50mm) * short pitch/stem/2, leaving a strip of 5cm or 7cm, and a small machine of 20cm.
The medium weight of 5 square meters=(stem - 0.1) * 2/short pitch * plate thickness * 7.85. The plate with a thickness of more than 1.5 mm will produce burrs, and the stem with a thickness of 1.4 will become 1.5, but there will be no burrs for the plate with a thickness of about 1 mm, which is not obvious.
Formula of tower crane platform:
① 1 ÷ Stem width × Short pitch=1 × Number of square meters of 2 meter plate
② Specific gravity of metal × Plate thickness × 2=1 × Weight of 2 meters plate
② ÷①=weight of metal mesh per square meter
According to this formula, the theoretical weight of metal plate mesh can be accurately obtained.
